A certified life coach, trained with Coaching Development Ltd. London (a training body fully recognized and accredited by the International Coaching Federation), I have started my own life coaching practice in Derryfada, Clonlara, County Clare in February 2010.

Holding a BA in Human Resources (Labour Market Policy and Personnel Management), having worked as a Human Resources Officer in the dutch civil service for over 25 years both in the Netherlands and abroad, and having first hand experience with life changing events such as depression, immigration, redundancy, retirement, separation and suicide, my coaching style can be best described as innovative, dynamic, analytic and focused on results.
